What do we collect?
Only what you type in the contact form: name, email, phone, project location (if you add it), type of service and your message. If you write to us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, the details of that conversation.
What do we use it for?
To answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and follow up on your project. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Who else sees it?
The form travels encrypted through Web3Forms, the service that delivers your message to us by email. Beyond that, only the NAP Ingenieros team handling your request.
How do we count visits?
With Umami we count visits and clicks on the contact buttons, without cookies and without data that identifies you. The Google map on the Contact page may use Google’s own cookies.
How long do we keep it?
As long as needed to handle your inquiry and, if we work together, for the duration of the business relationship.
How do you ask to see, correct or delete your data?
Write to nap@napingenieros.com.ni. We handle your request in accordance with Nicaragua’s Law 787 on Personal Data Protection.
