Do you work outside the city?
Yes. We operate nationwide for NAP Infraestructura and NAP Servicios projects, and within an agreed radius for NAP Hogar. In every case, we coordinate initial technical site visits at no cost.
How long does a first assessment take?
Once we receive your message, an engineer will contact you within 48 business hours. You will have the first proposal or master plan in about a week, depending on the scale of the project.
How do you charge for your services?
For construction work, we use fixed itemized budgets with payments against certified progress. For maintenance and inspection plans, we offer fixed fees per deliverable or an hourly rate, depending on the engagement.
Do you guarantee the works you deliver?
Yes. Every project delivered by NAP is covered by a structural stability warranty and a finishes warranty in accordance with current building codes, plus the after-sales maintenance plan we hand over at project close.
Do you take on small budgets?
We accept projects starting at the threshold where we can guarantee our quality and supervision standards. If yours falls below it, we will gladly refer you to trusted colleagues who can help.
